  • 60 gsugar
  • 1 tbsyeast
  • 50 gmargarine
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 pcsegg
  • 250 mlmilk /water

Steps

    Make a smooth Doug of all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Divide the dough into required weigh 80g

  3. 3

    Roll them into the desired shape

  4. 4

    Place them in a greased tray

  5. 5

    Proof for 50-69 minutes

  6. 6

    Baking time 15-20 mins

  7. 7

    Baking temperature 220° - 250°
