Boil milk in a thick sauce pan, when it comes on boiling point add lemon juice.And stir well.

Mil and water will be separated.

Strain chena into a strainer.

Keep it into a thin cheese cloth.

Rinse it under running water to remove the smell of lemon juice.

Make a knot the cheese cloth squeeze the excess water and hang it for half an hour.

Place muslin cloth on a plate and keep heavy object in it for 1 hour tk set down then remove the cloth and cut into the cubes.
