No-bake Fruity oatmeal protein bars (V)

I decided to make my own quick & healthy protein bars, as I spend lots of💰 on after gym / mid-cycling snacks!
You can remove the protein powder if that’s not for you, although you might want to use some flour to balance the consistency of the mixture.
There are two simple alterations that will make these vegan too!

Steps
- 1
Prepare a tray with greased baking parchment.
- 2
Mix oats, protein powder, salt and dried fruit / nuts in a large bowl
- 3
Mix peanut butter, honey / syrup and milk in a saucepan. Heat and stir until mixture becomes smooth.
- 4
Mix all together. If mixture is too dry, add extra milk.
- 5
Move into the tray, flatten to desired thickness. Put in fridge until completely cooled.
- 6
Chop up into 12 bitesize chunks (this will be an appropriate snack, nutritionally)
