someone wanted something to sate their chocolate tooth. I rolled up my sleeves and hacked the matrix.. Chocolate cookies with soft chocolate centers. No sugar no fat and no flour. Updated: I believe I left out the baking powder and soda in one of my batches and included it in another. I've added them to this recipe to be on the safe side.

  1. 40 gunsweetened baking chocolate powder
  2. 150 gGreek unsweetened plain yogurt
  3. 8 packetstruvia
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1\4 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1\4 teaspoon baking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all.of the above and.mix into a dough

  2. 2

    Separate into 8 cookies

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees..Bake for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Let cool.
