Prepare the sauce:-mix the soya sauce,vinegar,chilli sauce and sugar together.Keep aside.

Take a pan put water and boil it,when the water is boiling put noodles and boil it until 80 % done or they might get mushy doing frying.

Take a pan. Put oil and heat it,lower the flame. After 1 min put ginger garlic paste stir fry.

After that put cabbage and carrot and stir fry for 4-5 mins so that the ingredients get slightly soft.

Now add in the cook noodles.

Pour the previously prepared sauce and 2 tbsp water,over the noodles.Stir fry and mix well for 2 min on high heat or until all the ingredients are slightly soft.

Finish by topping the noodles with the sliced spring onion and serve hot directly.
