Ingredients

  • 1 bowlwhite urad daal
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1 pinchhing
  • leavesfew chopped coriander
  • 1chopped tomato

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil daal along with salt and turmeric,coriander powder

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan add hing and chopped tomato and put all spices and cook till tomato get mashy

  3. 3

    Add boiled daal and mix well set consistency as your need,add gren coriander leaves
