Ingredients

  • 150 gflour
  • 25 gsugar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspyeast
  • Warm water
  • Merge soft ripe plantain
  • Grated pepper (optional)
  • Grated onion(optional)
  • Veg oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Gradually add WAter to it to form a thick batter

  3. 3

    Cover it and allow it rise

  4. 4

    Heat your veg.oil

  5. 5

    Scoop d mixture into the hot oil,continue doing it till finished

  6. 6

    Then allow it fry till golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve
