Ingredients

  1. 150 gflour
  2. 25 gsugar
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspyeast
  5. Warm water
  6. Merge soft ripe plantain
  7. Grated pepper (optional)
  8. Grated onion(optional)
  9. Veg oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Gradually add WAter to it to form a thick batter

  3. 3

    Cover it and allow it rise

  4. 4

    Heat your veg.oil

  5. 5

    Scoop d mixture into the hot oil,continue doing it till finished

  6. 6

    Then allow it fry till golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve
