Soak Moong daal for 2-3 hours.Grind(semi fine) Daal with ginger and green chillies.

Add red chilli powder and salt to the paste.Heat the appe maker.Add oil Into each cavity.Add the batter.Cover the lid.After 3-4 Minutes turn each appe and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on other side also.Cook on low medium flame.Yummy Moong Daal Appe are ready to enjoy.
