Heat a pan add coriander seeds, funnel seeds and cumin seeds, sauté 3 to 5 minuets. After blend it and make a powder.

Wash the grapes and dry on kitchen towel after that cut into two part.

Now in a bowl mix all spices cumin powder, black pepper powder, sugar, salt, black salt, chilli flakes,grind mixture, coriander powder and mango powder, mix well

Now add oil, mix well.

Now add grapes and mix gently.

Make tadka,Heat a pan add oil after add mustard seeds and asafoetida, sauté a minute.

Now add tadka in grapes mixture, mix well.

Our grapes pickle is ready. You can use to 2 to 3 days.
