  • 3fresh medium size fish
  • 4big tomatoes
  • 1onions
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tsproyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions with oil till golden brown then add tomatoes

  2. 2

    Let them crush and add some water for soup

  3. 3

    Add royco and salt. Add the already wash fish cut into halves

  4. 4

    Cook for 30mins then serve
