Ingredients

  • 1 cuppeanuts(blanched)
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare a cookie tin and brush its back with cooking oil,then also apply some oil on a rolling pin

  2. 2

    On medium heat,put a pan with sugar

    Stir till the sugar liquidifies to a golden brown syrup

    Add in the peanuts, mix then pour on the back of the tin

    Roll to the desired size

    Cut into pieces while warm,set aside and allow it cool.
