Pomegranate raita is tasty and healthy Raita, goes well with any pulao/biryani or with Rotis. It is very easy to prepare.
Steps

Firstly remove pomegranate (seeds), finely chop onion, cucumber, green chilli, coriander leaves and keep it ready
- 2
Take a bowl add hung curd and add salt, red chilli, roasted cumin, black pepper powder and mix everything well.

Now add finely chopped veggies and pomegranate seeds one after other.
- 4
Mix the above well and keep it in refrigerator.
- 5
Garnish the above while serving and enjoy it.
