Soak the semolina 2-3 hrs before cooking

Now prepare a filling by adding jaggery and coconut in a heated pan

Add flour and milk into the semolina,mix well

Add a pinch of salt and 2 tsp sugar into the batter mix well

Grease a tawa and spread the mixture evenly

Add the filling in to it roll and remove

Prepare rest of the rolls following the same process

Now boil rest of the milk and mix mawa and sugar

Switch off as it is thick and spread over the pitha
- 10
Serve it cool
