Wash the chiles and cook them in 1/2 cup of water.

Put the garlic in the blender and add 1/4 cup of water. Blend well.

Once the chiles are cooked, pour them into the blender and blend.

Wash the tomatoes and cook them with the remaining water.

Pour them into the blender, add the salt, and blend until slightly smooth. Done.
