Chop shrimp and combine with all other ingredients except mushrooms, butter and bread crumbs. Mix and set aside. Prepare mushrooms and spoon in mixture.

In a small dish combine melted butter and bread crums

Place mushrooms in Pyrex dish and put a pat of bread crumb and butter mix in each

Bake 400 degree oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes
