Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt until a dough is formed.

Fold in M&Ms to distribute evenly.

Chill dough for one hour, or overnight.

Lightly grease cookie sheet.

Bake for about 8 minutes for softer chewier cookies, or 11 minutes for a more crisp cookie.
