Its a snack and beat served as a dessert..my family enjoys it anytime. #msacookout!!
Steps

Whip egg whites until its pale and fluffy.

Add in egg yolks and continue mixing until well incorporated.

Add sugar and continue mixing then add flour small amount at a time as you fold in until its well incorporated.

Add vanilla essence.

Pour in your prepared baking tray and bake for 15-18 mins..

Put it on a aluminium foil and roll tightly.. Let it cool

Once it has cooled..unroll it then spread your whipped cream I coloured mine purple.

Then roll again and put it in the fridge to settle.

Once settled cut in to the shapes and enjoy.
