Ingredients

  • 1potato - shredded
  • 1 pinchSalt to taste
  • 1 pinchPepper to taste
  • Oil to fry

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Shred the potato finely and set aside.

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of pepper and salt to it and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Finely mould the potato mix into nice flat patties.

  4. 4

    Take a pan, pour some oil and wait for it to get heated.

  5. 5

    Put the potato mould on the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.

  6. 6

    Garnish with some sweet chilly dip and relish !
