Firstly make a paste of onions and tomatoes

Now roast Bari with little bit oil in a pan and when they cool down crush them

Now,put a cooker on gas top, add oil put hing in it,add ginger garlic paste and then add tomato and onion paste cook till oil separates.

Now add turmeric, coriander powder, salt, roast them for 2 mins.

Add all veggies and crushed Bari salt and 2 cups water in it cook till 4/5 whistles.

When pressure releases, open the lid and serve with roti or rice.
