Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupRice
  • 14.5 ozChicken Broth
  • 1 cupOnion/Pepper medley
  • 1 tbspCajun Seasoning
  • 8 oz.Andouille Sausage (Sliced)
  • 15 ozCan Red Kidney beans (Drained)
  • Louisiana Style Hot Sauce

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan, add peppers/onions/cajun/sausage. Saute for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add rice/beans/broth, bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Cover, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in salt/pepper to taste

  4. 4

    Serve with Louisiana style hot sauce
