Firstly washed the saag, bathu, spinach and green chillies and boil it.

After boiled blend with blender.

Now take a pan heat ghee add onion, ginger, garlic paste cook it till the raw smell disappears, add tomato cook again till both are soft then all regular spices and mix it.

After 7-8 mins add grinded saag mix well.

Now add butter serve hot.
