Take out fresh kinnow juice.

Empty the juice in a heavy bottomed pan.To the juice add cornstarch and powdered sugar.

Put the pan on flame.Keep stirring continuously till it’s consistency becomes thick.

Grease a paper cup and empty this mixture into the cup.Keep it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.Demould and cut in disc shaped pieces.Cover each piece with coconut.Garnish with grated almonds.
