Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4small medium-sized potatoes
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas(matar)
  • 3green chillies
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 3tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoonzeera masala(cumin)
  • 2 tablespoonaloo dum masala
  • 1 small bowlpalak paste
  • To tasteSalt
  • SomeCoriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • As requiredWater

  1. 1

    Wash and Cut 4 pieces of potatoes.

  2. 2

    Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan and first fry the potatoes until light brown and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Add 2 tablespoon of oil and fry the onion with turmeric and add tomato puree. Add ginger garlic paste. Add the masala given,fry for 2 mins and then add the fried alu and matar add 1 cup water to make a thick gravy fry till it half cooked then add palak paste and cook for 15 mins. you can add water if it's dry to bring it to gravy and then cook for next 3 mins.Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
