On a low heat,put on the pot,add in the chop liver and onion and ur oil to start to sauté

Add in ur tomatoes, and peppers except green pepper

Add water and seasoning to taste,cover and allow to sauté

In a clean bowl,beat in ur eggs until is well beaten

Open the pot and add in ur beaten eggs gently,don't stir just cover the pot to cook

After 3mins,open and scramble the egg gently and add in your green pepper and stir,cover for 1minz

In a clean bowl,peel ur Irish potatoes and wash very well

Using ur zig zag knife cut into strips

Wash and strain,sprinkle some salt and mix.....fry in a preheated oil until golden brown
