Pour hot water on fish for a few seconds, drain and Wash with normal water. Season and marinate in the freezer for four hours.

Wash and slice/ grate all vegetables and set aside

Soak yakuwa in hot water and Wash out excess sourness. You can use yakuwa leaves though, but I prefer using this👇 cause I can easily control the sourness.

Pound crayfish and set aside. In cooking Margi Special, everything is done on ground before cooking.

When everything is set, get a spacious pot, arrange your fish, add your pepper. Tomatoes paste, onions, dadawa, crayfish, yakuwa, green, potash, Maggi, oil and salt make sure you spread them evenly in layers. Add a little water enough to cook it, you can even use the water from the soaked yakuwa. Cover the lead and cook on low heat until water thickened, stir gently and put off heat.

Tadaaa......💃💃💃our yummy yummy is ready😋😋 serve hot with any swallow of choice. I like mine with tuwon shinkafa or semolina
