Wash and boil the gizzards with ginger,garlic,seasoning cube and salt.til it’s well cooked. Drain and set aside

Cut or grate the vegetables and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add the vegetables and sauté. Add the spices, stock cube and finally the gizzards. Toast and serve
