Ingredients

  1. Basmati rice
  2. Oil
  3. Onions/grated garlic
  4. Salt
  5. Bay leaf and cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your rice and drain.

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pot,add sliced onions,add bay leaf like 3, cinnamon and grated garlic.fry them for like 3 mins

  3. 3

    Add your drained rice and fry a little then add hot water (not much),add salt and cover it completely to cook

  4. 4

    You can add vegetables if you like

  5. 5

    Serve with your desired soup or stew
