Ingredients

  • 200 gmcheakpeas soaked and boiled
  • 1potato
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspchana masala
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute well

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well

  4. 4

    Add salt,red chilli Powder and turmeric powder and mix

  5. 5

    Add cumin-coriander powder and chana

  6. 6

    Mix all and add chana masala

  7. 7

    Add water and sugar simmer

  8. 8

    Serve it with chapati
