Wash,peel the banana then rewash. Cut them into desirable pieces. Add into pre-boiling salted water and boil for 10mins. Make sure they don't overcook and so that they dont mash.

Drain,refresh and set aside.

In a large bowl,mix in the flour with the dry ingredients. Add the eggs and water,mix in until a thick-consistency batter is formed. Add in the chopped coriander and chillies.

Pre-heat oil in a deep pan.

Add the bananas in the batter,and one-by-one put in the hot oil. Deep fry until a crunchy feel is accomplished.

Serve with desired sauces.
