  • Potatoes
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1small onions
  • 2eggs
  • Seasonings

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and slice potatoes, sprinkle with salt and fry till done drain and set aside

  2. 2

    Slice the onions in a deep place, add seasonings break the eggs in the plate, whisk and fry both side.

  3. 3

    Serve with ketchup and enjoy
