Steps

Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar and oil,keep aside

Boil and peel the Potatoes

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chilli

Add Potatoes and peas and fry

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

Now add ginger paste and saute well

Add tomato and saute well till oil separates

Add sugar and coriander leaves paste,mix well and switch off

Now divide the dough into small portion and roll into round shape

Heat oil and fry the puris

Serve it hot
