Steps

Put salt and sugar into brinjals and keep aside

Heat oil and fry the brinjals well

Remove it and add poppy seeds and mustard seeds paste and saute well adding salt and sugar

Now beat the curd well and add into the pan
- 5
Mix well and add the fried brinjal slices and curry leaves
- 6
Serve it with rice
