Ingredients

  • 200 gmwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupfruits as you choice
  • 50 gmkhoya
  • 200 gmghee
  • 150 gmcastor sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a wok roast wheat flour till light brown add khoya and dry fruits add sugar and mix well.

  2. 2

    Grease a plate with ghee add mixture and cut into square after 25 minute.

  3. 3

    Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve it.
