Put semo in a container,add pinch of salt,little sugar,little baking powder n mix all together,then put ur yeast in a cup of lukewarm water n mix it.

Then pour it into the dry ingredients n mix all together until soft,then break d egg n mix again,don't put too much water while mixing.

After mixing everything cover it n allow it to rise like dis in d picture below.

Put ur masa pan on fire,add little oil,when do oil is hot den u start putting d mixture like dis in d picture below.

If one side is done turn to d other side too.

Masa is done. Can be served with spinach soup,sugar or yajin kuli-kuli.
