Ingredients

  1. 2cleaned sea bream
  2. 10grape or cherry tomatoes
  3. 1 bunchfresh parsley
  4. 1/4 cupwhite wine or prosecco (60 ml)
  5. as neededextra-virgin olive oil,
  6. optional: smoked herring roe
  7. 1/4 cuphot water (60 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take two well-cleaned sea bream, cut the tomatoes in half, and roughly chop the parsley (including the stems). Place everything in a skillet with 1/4 cup hot water (60 ml), 1/4 cup white wine or prosecco (60 ml), and a drizzle of olive oil.

  2. 2

    Halfway through cooking, add a bit of smoked herring roe for a unique flavor in the sauce, if desired.

  3. 3

    Cover with a lid and cook for about 20-25 minutes (the first 3-4 minutes and the last 10 minutes without the lid).
