Finally, here’s what so many of you often ask me: "But what about a simple, no-fuss pan dish?" Sea bream in acqua pazza: I promise, that sauce is dangerously good! You’ll want to mop up every drop with bread!
Steps
- 1
Take two well-cleaned sea bream, cut the tomatoes in half, and roughly chop the parsley (including the stems). Place everything in a skillet with 1/4 cup hot water (60 ml), 1/4 cup white wine or prosecco (60 ml), and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 2
Halfway through cooking, add a bit of smoked herring roe for a unique flavor in the sauce, if desired.
- 3
Cover with a lid and cook for about 20-25 minutes (the first 3-4 minutes and the last 10 minutes without the lid).
