Perkedel Jagung & Kucai /Corn and Chives Fritters

I bought some chives for no reason and they arengoing near bad, I don't want to waste more food so I made these.
I use fresh corn and cut it into kernels, but you can also use canned corn or frozen corn, just remember to drain them well before use or thaw them.
I deep fried these because that's the way we like it here, but if you want to make healthier version you can just pan fry them with a bit of oil. Up to you!
I used all purpose seasoned flour, that ee use to fry fried chicken, tofu and others, but if you can't get your hands on them you can use Korean savoury pancake mix too, but if you can't have both, don't worry, I also added some alternative seasonings for these

If you use homemade flour. Mix all the ingredients and set it aside.

Mix the chives, corn, green onion, garlic and flour in a bowl.

The add in the water. Little by little.

Mix it well. Make sure to have not to thick but not to thin batter either. Runny but not too thick.

Heat the oil. Take 2 tbsp of batter. Fry them until all of the batter is finished.

Serve with your favourite sauce or rice.
