  • 1 bigbaingan
  • 2tomato chopped
  • as neededsalt
  • 2 tspred chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1onion chopped

Steps

    First peel and grind baingan

  2. 2

    Heat oil add jeera now add onion,tomato along with spices

  3. 3

    Cook for 2 minutes and add baingan mix it and cook for 2 minutes and serve
