1 tspturmeric
2 tbspcoriander powder
1 tspcumin
2 tbspoil
1onion chopped

First peel and grind baingan
2

Heat oil add jeera now add onion,tomato along with spices
3

Cook for 2 minutes and add baingan mix it and cook for 2 minutes and serve
