Steps

Dice all veggies thinly and placed into medium saucepan. Drizzle olive oil and add herbs and salt and pepper. Seasonings are all to personal taste.

Space out the veggies to allow for the noodles to be directly on the pan to allow toast the noodles lightly.

Add the chicken broth to the pan cover and bring to roaring boil.

Boil the food until all vegetables are soft checking every 10 mins. Expected 20-25 mins if sliced thin.

Bowl with crackers and enjoy.
