Take a pan heat the oil add cumin seeds.

Add ginger paste and chopped onion saute it after that add chopped tomato and green chilli and cook for 3 -4 minutes.

Add all spices and mix it.

Now add potato. Carrot and peas mix well and cover it low flame còok for 15 -20 minutes.

Healthy veg is ready and garnish to coriander leaves.
