This recipe is super easy and it's great for busy lifestyles, a quick and healthy breakfast ready to eat cold or warm in the morning. These Overnight Oats are also amazing for Meal Prep too. This breakfast is one of my absolute favorites 😍

This recipe is super easy and it's great for busy lifestyles, a quick and healthy breakfast ready to eat cold or warm in the morning. These Overnight Oats are also amazing for Meal Prep too. This breakfast is one of my absolute favorites 😍
Steps

Put the Oats, Almond milk, vanilla, and Chia seeds in order in the Mason jar. Stir well.

Add whatever it is you like, chopped fruit for a nice fruity taste, nuts or protein powder even for protein, or you could just leave it as is.

Leave the Overnight Oats jar in the fridge over night. They will be done by the morning. You can eat it from right out the fridge or you could warm it up. However you like. Enjoy
