This is amazing during hot season when refrigerated😋😋

In a bowl, soak the baobab fruit in warm water for about an hour.

When it is soaked, squeeze the baobab and seive the baobab juice. You can also add water if the mixture is too thick.

Add the sugar and mix. Then divide the mixture into portions. Add the foster clarks in each portions and mix. Then transfer into a polythene bag and refrigerate for about 5 hours.

And the Kankaran madaran kuka (baobab) is ready. Serve. It tastes OH YUM😋😋
