Chop tomato, ginger, green chilli and cauliflower into fine pieces seperately.

Heat the pan. Add oil and asafoetida(hing). Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger and green chilli, peas and cook it nicely.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Now cook it again untill thr mixture leaves the oil and peas are half cooked.

Now add cauliflower into the mixture and cook it untill mixture is well cooked

Garnish it with some fresh coriander and serve it hot with chapatis.
