Ingredients

  1. 250 grubi merah
  2. 100 grtepung sagu
  3. 175 grgula aren
  4. 1 sachetsantan instant kara
  5. 1ruas jahe geprek
  6. 3lembar daun pandan
  7. 1/2sdt garam
  8. Air untuk merebus

Steps

  1. 1

    Kukus atau rebus ubi merah yang telah dikupas,setelah matang angkat lalu tiriskan.

  2. 2

    Siapkan wadah untuk menguleni ubi merah dengan tepung sagu (hingga kalis atau tidak menempel ditangan)

  3. 3

    Rebus air dalam 2 wadah terpisah. Wadah pertama rebusan gula aren,jahe beserta pandan. Rebusan kedua untuk mematangkan biji salak yang sudah dicetak bulat-bulat. Bila sudah mengapung itu tandanya sudah matang.

  4. 4

    Masukan biji salak ke dalam air rebusan gula yang sudab dikentalkan.

  5. 5

    Rebus santan dengan sejumumput garam lalu kentalkan.

  6. 6

    Platting dan siap dihidangkan.
