Citrus-Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  1. 1pork tenderloin; trimmed
  2. 1 Tfresh rosemary; minced
  3. 1 Tdried orange peel seasoning
  4. 2 tgarlic powder
  5. 1 tonion powder
  6. 1 tfresh thyme; minced
  7. 1large pinch kosher salt & black pepper
  8. as neededolive oil;

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Toss pork with enough oil to coat. Season both sides. Lay on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Roast at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
