Here's my gluten free version of Sbarro Pizza
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.

Combine the water and the yeast into a bowl.

Stir until yeast begins to dissolve.

Let yeast mixture rest for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, combine 1 cup of gluten free flour into the yeast.

Stir thoroughly.

Flatten out dough onto while sprinkling remaining gluten free flour on the dough to keep it softened.

Form dough into a ball and rub ball with olive oil.

Cover dough with towel and let it rise for about 1 hour.

While dough is rising, combine tomato paste.

Stir thoroughly. And when the dough has risen, re-flatten it out.

Spread sauce over dough. Sprinkle cheese over sauce. Spray pizza pan and place pizza in. Place in oven for about 15 minutes or until dough is golden brown and cheese has melted. Then serve immediately.
