Ingredients

5 to 6 rolls all purpose flour dough
2Potatoes cut into cubes
1/2cauliflower cut into cubes
1/4 cuppeas boiled
1 tspginger paste
1 tsp five spices
1 tspgreen chilli paste
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper five spices green chillies and ginger
2

Add vegetables and saute well
3

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft
4

Add sugar and mix well
5

Now roll puris of the dough and fry
