200 gmchicken
masala mentioned for grinding. below
4pods of garlic and small piece of ginger
1onion
1tomato
1caradamom
2cloves
4pepper
4kaju
bayleaf
for fry
1 tsphaldi
1 tspred chillli
1 tspdhania
5 tbspoil
required amount of salt
4 to 5 stringscurry patta
2slited chillies

Steps

Clean and marinate chicken salt for half an hour. then fry it with oil.
2

Grind the above masala mention for grinding. add that masala to fried chicken and cook for few more minutes, add curry patta and slited chillies. done.
