Tri colour talipettu / akki rotti
Steps

Wash onions, spinach, coriander leaves, green chilli and chopped finely

Prepare 3 separate dough for each colour as below

Take a bowl and add rice flour, finely chopped green chilli, spinach, onions and also add jeera, coriander and salt...add water and mix well to make softer and green dough

Take another bowl add rice flour, chopped onions, carrot juice, salt, jeera, red chilli powder and mix well to make softer and orange colour dough

Take another bowl add rice flour, chopped onions, salt, jeera and mix well to make softer and white colour dough

Take a portion of dough and make small balls from each colour separately, place the ball in between 2 greased plastic sheets and roll it smoothly to make round rotis of each colour (make the roti as thin as possible for good taste)

Heat the tawa on a medium flame, remove the upper sheet and put the roti on the tawa with the bottom sheet, after a min remove the sheet from tawa when the sheet separates from the roti

Put oil on the roti and bake it both sides

Follow the same step to bake rotis of each colour and serve to eat
