  • 1 headbroccoli
  • 2 canschicken broth or 2 cubes chicken bouillon in 2 cups water
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese, shredded

    Cook broccoli and drain.

  2. 2

    Saute onion in butter, add flour and cook 5 minutes. Add chicken broth, milk, cheese and broccoli. Cook 15 minutes.
