  • Good amount of spinach
  • Knobbutter
  • Dasholive oil
  • Pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and dry spinach well. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add pine nuts and toast them for a few mins

    Add spinach, salt and pepper. Stir on lowest heat for 2 minutes, no more. Serve with meat or fish :)
